Loan to values and interest rates vary according to the transaction criteria. Interest rates start from 1% per month and the maximum loan to value we can offer is 90% (for closed bridges).


We can offer two types of bridging Open Bridging and Closed Bridging:

  • Open Bridging finance is when there is no fixed exit strategy in place.

  • Closed Bridging finance is when there is a contractual exit strategy such as a mortgage offer or exchanged onward sale, this can allow higher loan to value sales.
